Hey there. Amongst other names, I mainly go by Halvorsen. In short, I am a computer technician who also does work for the Nintendo Homebrew community, alongside other personal projects relating to hardware and graphic design. You can find more info on my user page.
Halcove is my piece of the Internet. I use it as a small blog, or a host for original documentation. If you want to know more about me, check out my user page.

Halcove is my online alcove. I use this site as a self-reference guide, since my greatest fears are also losing memories. Other times, I use it as a small blog, or a host for documentation that doesn't exist anywhere else. An underlying reason for this site's existence is prevent people from jumping to their own conclusions by headcanoning a living human. I don't particularly enjoy repeating things or engaging in repetitive conversations, so it's easy and effective to list the reasons why I do what I do here.
This is mostly for my own use, but anyone from the outside is welcome to watch from afar. This site hasn't been updated since ~2024, so expect cobwebs and outdated information.

This site is a personal project to document my experiences and opinions, something like an open diary or journal. Creating a personal website is monumental for organising my thoughts and putting my various domains to use.
If you do want to post a comment anywhere, the Discussion tab on every page is available to use without making an account.

To those who see self-care as "self-obsession", I invite them to choke on a full personal wiki while they remain clueless about their own stagnation.

Somehow, it happened again! The competition occurs on the 24th, but I've written about the events leading up to it above.

Halcove is my piece of the Internet. I use it as a small blog, or a host for original documentation. If you want to know more about me, check out my user page.

This is mostly for my own use, but anyone from the outside is welcome to watch from afar. This site hasn't been updated since ~2024, so expect cobwebs and outdated information.

If you do want to post a comment anywhere, the Discussion tab on every page is available to use without making an account.

Events[edit | edit source]

2024 October 23[edit | edit source]

Somehow, it happened again! The competition occurs on the 24th, but I've written about the events leading up to it above.

2023 October 25[edit | edit source]

I took place in Samsung's MX Repair Competition of 2023! I've written about it here.

2021 May 25[edit | edit source]

I've uploaded the Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition title screen to my YouTube channel, rendered in its native resolution.

Language[edit | edit source]

This Wiki is written in English. While languages may be a topic of discussion, page translations can only come as I attain a degree of confidence in using those languages.
