Today's the day! As I write this article during my first flight, I'm happy to experience calmed nerves after weeks of anxiety.

I got a preview of the people I'll be working with (or against?) tomorrow. I'm a bit sad to see that I'm the only person I can see returning from last year; they were ideal colleagues to form bonds with and were also near my age. So far, I have seen that a number of the fellow finalists seem to be much older than I; one of them is a district manager for a uBreakiFix region, and another is a store lead. That means I definitely have some competition, so I really need to make sure I perform just as well as I do in the stores themselves.

I got dressed today in one of my favourite suits. I still haven't decided what I'm actually going to be wearing tomorrow... so I just took everything I liked. It all fits in my bookbag. We'll figure it out then. What I don't know about figuring out is my hair situation...

But none of that matters. I'll have the rest of the day to explore Texas better than I did on my original trip, where the most exotic location I really went to was a Texan Walmart.

I'm gonna try to change that this time, and I'll be sure to take lots of photos. In preparation, I finally got around to cleaning out my phone storage, and even my cloud storages, backing everything up to a 28TB home storage system.

I'm also going to try to buy exotic items as well, as one does. The bracelet I have holds a lot of meaning for me; I got it on the first trip, and intend for it to follow me for as long as it survives.

Regardless of what happens at Samsung, I just hope this trip brings me positive memories...
