Cave Story Project

This is a project that I intend to write for, which details events leading up to the 2005 game Cave Story. It will eventually be hosted at the Bloodstained Sanctuary, as I don't believe the original story of Cave Story is well suited for adaptation into a webcomic.
I plan for the overall topic to involve the concept of recusancy, detailing the ambitions that fueled the original Imprisoning War from before the events of Cave Story.
