Before use or further interaction, action is recommended on your end to ensure streamlined use and interaction with the human associated with this website (herein referred to as the "Operator"), and their services associated with this website.
Please utilise the following table of contents to jump to a relevant subsection of these terms and conditions (herein referred to as ToC).
Please also keep in mind the Halcove Code of Conduct, which dictates and defines the standard path of behaviors engaged by the Operator in response to specific situations.
Preliminary
By continuing onto the home page of Halcove ("Start Point"), or interacting with the Operator ("North Halvorsen"), you pre-emptively agree to the following terms:
- Any dispute of material fact is subject to debate.
Premature dismissal of debate or discussion will result in complete dismissal of the claims made by the second party. Disputes of immaterial fact or vague guidance is also subject to interpretation, which is subject to debate by proxy.
- This is a non-negotiable term. Failure to comply will result in default disposition. - Critiques, criticism, and arguments must be based on verifiable fact.
Discussions not based upon observable or verifiable evidence will be immediately discarded with this due notice, if it is not predicated as an opinion. - Critiques, criticism, must be based on locally observed evidence, and must be backed by verifiable fact.
Critique and criticism based upon assumptions do not have a concrete basis in reality, and may not be used for criticism for an action that has occurred in reality. Only empirical or factual evidence may be used for this purpose. - Critiques, criticism, and arguments based on false premise will immediately be discarded without prior warning.
As these issues address concerns that are inherently unrelated to Halcove or its Operator, a judgement will not be granted on them. Failure to comply will result in default disposition.
Hal does not care about you.
The Operator cares for your actions, which you are personally responsible for. The Operator expressly sheds no concern about your societal status, your employment position, or any shoddy sense of authority that you may employ on yourself.
For maximum social equity, you will be treated with an identical timber as the one you approach the Operator with.
For example, aggressive dispositions will be met with an equally aggressive tone in response.
This is to further clarify that if the Operator engages in a social interaction that is deemed aggressive, inappropriate, or heated, it has been the explicit choice of the other party to initiate such debate. As previously mentioned, the Operator will never initiate such interactions -- but may engage with them.
Hal will not take responsibility for your actions.
Repeated or severe mismanagement, misattribution, or malpractice do not grant the victim sympathy. If a solution to a problem is introduced, either by the , ignoring said solution only to complain about expected or well-deserved consequences will promptly cue malignant disposition.
- Failure to properly allocate human resources in order to save a dollar on payroll is the error of management, and not the responsibility nor burden of the employee to account for the missing workforce.
